My boiler system has caused me problems for many years and many different companies have tried to fix it with not much success but finally I found the company that knows all about boilers. The owner and his son in law are very knowledgeable. I felt good about their service from the moment they saw my boiler. They were very good at letting me know when they would arrive and always on time. They were so patient with me and explained everything they were going to do to make my system work. They went the extra mile to make sure everything that had been done incorrectly by other companies was installed correctly. Financing with them was very convenient and easy to do. I would recommend Preventive Home Solutions to anyone that has a boiler system. ~ Judy S

I received two very different assessments of my plumbing repair needs before someone recommended Preventative Home Solutions. Once contacting them to set up an appointment, I received quick and professional communication. They arrived promptly the day of my appointment and provided an assessment that I felt comfortable with. He was able to perform the repair on the spot and was patient with my curious child watching while he worked. Payment was quick and convenient. First off, we were screwed over by Lowes and their employees not knowing how to handle a water heater sale. The salesperson told us the wrong thing and in a nutshell, wasted our time. I went on Yelp, threw out the job I had, and got a reply from 5 different companies in the area. Preventive Home Solutions was the one I chose because they were the only company who gave me an up front price estimate. They also installed the next day, which was about 23 hours from answering the ad, at no extra charge. The installation went great and their representative Taylor who arrived right on time did a wonderful job with the install, and was able to answer all of my questions. Then, when it came came time to pay, the price was exactly what they quoted. I very much appreciate the quickness and honesty of this company especially after dealing with a few sneaky, goofball plumbers in the past. We had these guys come and replace our hot water heater 2 tank system! They were amazing! They not only did an excellent install, but went in and re-fitted all the things that were done by the prior installation! They secured the tanks, electric pump, air tank and secured everything so nice and tidy! Way more than what was in their bid and did not charge more! I could not be more happy! Will most definitely use this company again! They were overly protective as to make sure they did not track any dirt! They really knew their stuff! Sorry, I did not get their names! ~ David H

I had a new central air system put in my house. Mike and Taylor came over and designed a pretty awesome system to maximize my house without breaking the bank. I have radiant heat floors so all the air ducts had to be run in my attic which is blistering hot up there. Taylor and Carlos did a great job. It works great and 74 degrees feels so much cooler I love it. These guys told me it's about bringing great service back which is rare nowadays. From the original phone call to the successful completion of the job, Preventative Home Solutions was professional, quick and at an extremely fair price (3rd of the cost of the big plumbing companies in the valley).
